Birmingham: High Quality Development of Chinese Steel Industry

In July 5-7, a Sino-UK seminar on steel research was held at Birmingham, UK.

The seminar was jointly organized by famous universities concerning steel in both

China and UK, including Oxfrod, Cambridge, Tsinghua, NEUT, USTB and etc.

MPI expert, President of MPI, Mr. Li Xinchuang, delivered a speech in the seminar,

entitled "High Quality Development of Chinese Steel Industry".

His speech was conducted  in the second section of the first day's agenda, moreover, 

He also chaired the first section of the opening day's programme.
