March 27 2018, Mr. Li Xinchuang, president of MPI, China Metallurgical Industry Planning and Research Institute, was invited to Zhengzhou, Henan Province, where the annual Provincial steel association meeting was held. A reprort was given to the participants of the meeting, by MPI president Li Xinchuang.

   The report , which was entitled "high quality developments with firm confidance", was a keynote speech, full of

MPI expertise, covering the whole spectrum of steel industry, from status quo to future , both short term and long term, domestic and aboard.
