China steel de-capacity & trade issues focused by MPI expert at Seoul, Korea

In August 31 , 2017, STEEL KOREA 2017 was held in Seoul.

MPI president Li Xingchuang was invited to attend and he delivered a reoport entitled 《Practice of Excess Capacity Elimination of China and Steel Trade between China and Korea》, shich focused on China steel de-capacity & trade issues, especially etween China and Korea, to cater the participants.
